      Remote Proctoring

Where possible, IJ tests should be proctored in person by any international race official. World Sailing recognises that due to current restrictions as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, in-person proctoring may not be possible for some IJs. Click here to download the IJ Renewal Test Remote Protocol providing a response to this emergency situation and allowing the IJ Renewal Test to be proctored remotely using video conferencing software.

As with in-person proctoring, remote proctors must be a current certified World Sailing race official (Judge, Umpire, Race Officer, Measurer, Technical Delegate).
